Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient conditions, updates, and care provided.
• Support and guide CNAs in their daily tasks.
• Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPN license (or compact equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (long-term or acute care preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
