Responsibilities
- Provide routine patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient conditions, updates, and care provided.
- Support and guide CNAs in their daily tasks.
- Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado LPN license (or compact equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (long-term or acute care preferred).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
